Default How to get more power?

What are the best ways to get more power out of the 740T engine? Also, where do the most common power losses come from? My car has 175K, and I am going through it and replacing hoses, ect....

I have modded several GM cars, but this is my first swede.

Thanks.

The easiest way to get a few horses of the bat is go with a cone filter.Adjust the waste gate on the turbo and install a regulator to adjust boost pressure.

You will have to remove the rod at the wastegate on the manifold side and loosen the nut and back out on it one turn to start. That will open the waste gate more.I have a picture in this post so it will help you. Then the vaccum line that goes to the waste gate valve you can stick a regulator inline to manualy adjust the boost. If you want you can just adjust the rod till you get a regulator.
