I didn't get an owners manual with the 1989 240 that I just purchased. I want to change the oil, but I don't know how much to put in. Did a search and didn't find anything on oil capaicty.

Also, is 10W30 adequate? Maybe with the high mileage I should go with 10W40? What do you think?

 

10w/30 is fine and it will hold 4.2 quarts.
