Default Idle Problem

I have an '82 240 GLT Wagon, w/ engine B21F-T.

The idle has been erratic lately, it sits at 1000 and dips down a little bit in a consistent rhythm, and the oil pressure gauge dips w/ it as well. What should I check?
It also seems like its going to bog out when the engine is cold, seems like the same problem but way more significant when the engine is cold.
Thanks.

Is the tune up fresh?
Any vaccum leaks?

it was tuned a month ago. I haven't checked for vacuum leaks yet. would a vacuum leak explain the oil pressure dipping too? that's what stumps me.

The oil pressure dipping is due to the low Idle.
When the car idles low there will also be low oil pressure.

Check out this link to "Check your codes" then "clear them" by troubleshooting the systems that might set off any given code. It sounds complicated but it isn't.
