Question Interior door help?

The leather material on all the doors is becoming disconnected and just sort of hanging loose. Not quite sure how to fix this and I was wondering if anyone here knows how. This is happening on a 1995 940 wagon if that helps any. Thanks

The '95s are particularly prone to that wrinkling... May be the glue or material used. Unfortunately nothing can be done besides changing the panel. I have seen and attempted a repair like reheating and stretching the vinyl but the results were not good... Better find some used panels from junkyard; any 740 or 940 '88 and up will fit the front... 760 and 960 will fit as well but they don't have the defroster vents on top of the front panels, the rear are fine.

Almost all of them suffer from this problem so finding some used without this problem is going to be difficult. Your only choice might be to find a go auto upholsterer to recover the door panels but it isn't going to be cheap.

DYI yards sell them for less than $20ea. Depending on where you are, that's your best bet.
