Well I've got to get some rust repaired above the windshield. It seems when we had the windshield replaced some 5 or 6 years ago that the installers ended up gluing the windshield molding . I need to remove it but the glass people who did the install are pretty sure they will bend the molding while trying to remove it. I have done a search on the net but unable to locate any trim. I'll call the local dealer tomorrow but was curious to know if anyone on this site knows where to get these trim pieces. It's for a 1989 740 GL and other then these 3 rust bubbles the car is clean. Just asking , I just ordered a complete set of trim clips from ebay. Thanks.
