Hello fellow Volvo drivers,

I wish to do a drain and refill of my transmission...an M-47 5-Speed. After some research via Volvo resources, I have concluded to use Valvoline ATF Automatic Transmission Fluid Type FA. Later on I have seen such deliberations as to using synthetic lubricants. Will the Valvoline simply suffice or is there another choice better opted to for an M-47...BTW, I read on Brickboard that i should overfill the M-47 to compliment the fifth gear...i suppose i'll need a special tool...or blow into a tube? What do you think?
