Default Master Cylinder Leaking?

Occasionally my master cylinder will leak brake fluid. When I took it to the mechanic they said (when diagnosing something else) that the junction block leaks and the brake hoses are bad. I have no idea why but

its also only that half that leaks

Well, change it! You don't that leaky MC for obvious reasons, and it destroys any painted surface it touches!

I just replaced that MC less than 6m ago 😭 they also said the brake hoses are leaking, would that be why my brake fluid disappears? Lmao
