miss at nutral pedal

At nutral pedal (not accelerating, not decelerating) the engineof my '76 242 misses badly. under a load it does ok with only a very minor infrequent miss. Any ideas?

injector seals leaking perhaps. Is it worse when you first start it and gets better as car warms up? or small vacuum leak somewhere else.
