I was pulling into the house last night and my signal level on my '92 240 just kinda went limp! I did hear something fall down inside the under-dash under the steering column, but I haven't found that part yet. It appears as though it simply came unbolted but I do not know how it looks normally.Is this a non repairable part? or can I piece it back together and bolt it back on...once I find the missing peice of course. any ideas would be great.

Depends on what happened to it. Take the covers of, top and bottom, and see. If it broken used one is cheap from a junkyard.
