Default New '88 owner engine/idle questions with video

Hello!

First post here. I was wondering if any of you experienced Volvo owners out there could give me some advice since I'm relatively new to them. I purchased an '88 244 about three weeks ago with about 250k miles on it from a Volvo mechanic that has been maintaining the vehicle for the prior owner since the early 90's. She seems to run pretty well, but have a couple of concerns:

-This high pitched noise from the engine. see video
-Semi rough Idle

I have heard that b230's sometimes have a little vibration, but I'm not sure how much is normal. Though it always fires up and doesn't stall, I can feel vibration in the interior and it sometimes stumbles just a little. Here's a couple of things that I have done in the last week to try and find the issue:

-New motor mounts
-New fuel pressure regulator
-New spark plugs
-Removed/cleaned/new gaskets for intake, throttle body, oil separator, fuel injectors
-Replaced a couple of vacuum hoses

Done within the last two years:
-New cat
-New oxygen sensor
-New Idle control valve
-New distributor cap/rotor
-New plug wires
-New air box thermostat

I guess my questions are has anyone heard a similar noise from their engine and am I being paranoid about the idle? Hoe much vibration is acceptable? I know rough idle is a common topic and I've done research, but any advice?

Thanks for any help!

Ryan
