No Heat/Ventilation At All in My 1990 740 GL!
Hi all,
I have a 740 from 1990 that I love to bits- it used to be my grandparents', they took excellent care of it, and it's in great condition for its age. However, the other night the heat completely stopped working.
When I try to turn on the fan, nothing comes out of the vents. Regardless of what setting it's on, no air comes out of the vents. What should I do?
Thanks,
Oli
ps- I know little to nothing about car mechanics, so please bear that in mind when you respond.

Just to be clear, you're saying the fan motor isn't running when you turn it on,?
Yeh I'd look at the fuse too, do you have the owner manual?
The fuses are located behind the ashtray.

I think its fuse 14 or 16, depending on yrs.
