It getting wintery here in Canada and my windshield washers won't pump. So, I'm driving blind sometimes!

I've pulled the washer pump/container assembly and confirmed the pumps both work.

I then confimred no voltage was getting to the pumps, despite the wiring looking like it's in fine condition.

Any hints how Ican attempt to trace and remedy the electrical short?
