Cool No Start after HG Replacement

Howdy!
1987 245 m47
Ive just replaced the hg and other convenient maintenance items around there. 3rd hg job ive done. Car started fine before the job. Now it cranks, itll fire once or twice, maybe run at WOT for half a second (regardless of how much throttle i give it), and then dies even if Im on the throttle still. Seems like a timing issue but I have redone the tbelt twice, and successfully replaced the tbelt on 2 other b230s before this.

To be safe, I replaced in tank pump, fuel pump relay, and reseated the ECU. Ive triple checked my (new) distributor alignment, (new) plugs and (new) leads. *Edit: I've performed all the fuse jumping and that will allow the in take to run but I'm still not getting any different running conditions. runs the same with or without the jumper.

Do you all think it is still a timing issue? Could I possible have set the timing so wrong that it wont run at all? I've never had this issue before. It doesnt seem like the pink/white label ecu applies to this year, otherwise that would be my next guess. Thanks

No, you have done them before and it's a very simple job.

What's your fuel pressure?

Will the car run on starting fluid?

What's the condition of the fuel system and noise suppression relays? On some cars if the connections at the positive terminal are loose - the fuel system cuts off.

Is power going to your fuel pumps when engine is dying ? (test light)

Does your noid light continue to flash as the engine is dying?

Does your test light on the coil continue to flash as the engine is dying?

Did you leave any hoses off between the air mass meter and the throttle plate? (large air leak somewhere)

Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you.

Car get loads of pressure at the rail.
I unplugged the MAF and TPS to eliminate possible computer issues.

Car then ran at a pretty high RPM until I shut it off - technically the best its ever ran since the HG. I would continue to retest with just the MAF or just the TPS but the RPM were high enough to actually fling off the fan so I've gotta get that fixed up first.
