Noise Suppression Relay Location

Noise Suppression Relay Location
I have a 1994 Volvo 940T. I want to replace the Noise Suppression relay. I have read the Volvo Relays website re:its location but what I am seeing does not look like what I expect this relay to look like. So, can someone take a look at my first photo and please confirm for me that what I am looking at is the Noise Suppression relay under the hood of my Volvo. The part # on top says 3450006 and I don't know if this is supposed to be the relay or maybe the protective covering?! 2) If this is in fact the relay, please look at photo #2 and help me understand how to remove it. I pulled it up based on the photo in #2 but this looks incorrect. Also, do I have to unplug the battery to do this? Thanks much for any help you can provide!!

thats the diagnostic port. there's a jumper wire parked on the side of the lid, you unplug it, put it into the "6" port, push the button for 3 seconds, release it, and the light blinks out ignition control unit error codes. 1-1-1 indicates no error. put it in port '2' and its fuel injection controller, same thing, 1-1-1 is no error.
on a turbo, the suppression relay is farther forward and deeper down, like behind the left headlight.
edit: just looked, mine is right up against the inside of the fender, forward of the wheel hump, and beside/below the ABS controller. there's also a resistor pack forward of the suppression relay, and there's a ignition power module next to the resistor pack.
