1993 Volvo 240 4 door sedan. 111,200 miles. Blue.

I changed the plugs, distributor cap, rotor and air filter. All were in bad shape. It started up great, ran for 20 minutes. I stopped for coffee and now it won’t start. Panel lights up but it just won’t power up the starter ( my guess)

 

just to be clear, when you turn the key to the start position nothing happens, not even a 'click' sound?

 

I got a jump and brought to local shop. Loose belts were not powering alternator. Belts fixed, problem solved. Thanks

 

good it was a simple fix. by the way, at 111k your brick is only barely broken in :-)
