Default Possible High Side Fitting?

Hey all, I have noticed this piece on the bottom, passenger side, forward of the wheel of my car on the high side A/C line. From What I have been told it is a high pressure blow off valve that was used with the R12 systems. From my knowledge a blow off valve is not used anymore and there is a high pressure cut off switch under the hood of my car. I found on the web some 90 degree high side fittings that may fit.
They're these: Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, SAAB, Volkswagen, Volvo R134A 90 Degree Adapter (16mm) (3/16") - Wurth 0764980955 - Free Shipping

If it is possible to fit these, which one would it be?

There is a replacement hose that does not have the blow off valve in it. If you are going to replace anything I would just put the new hose on.
