power window conversion in 240 wagon

My mom has a 240 wagon and was wondering how difficult it would be to convert the crank windows to power. Are there any tricks to it? What would I need to do exactly?

You will need to acquire ALL the parts, and wire them in, such as motors, switches, relays, etc. The only trick is that you need to know what you are doing or you will set the car on fire, or the windows won't work.
