Default Pricing?

I am looking at a 1994 940 turbo wabon with 97,000 miles on it it has all the records and looks alright for a 12 year old car. The guy is asking $4500 which I thought was rediculous considering I bought a 960 also good condition also 1994 with 110,000 for $2500. What would be a fair price I bought the other one in the same town as location plays a role. Thanks for any help.
