Default Question about "Hazy tail lights"

740 turbo here, and i just have a quick question that maybe you guys could help out with. On my rear tail lights they look almost hazy with a white-ish film kinda thing. Is this a normal thing that just happens with time? They are not a sharp looking as "new" ones on e-bay etc...

It is pretty common.

Try getting some Mothers mag and aliminum polish and cleaning them with it.

Hi Colgate,

I'm not sure how much the tail light assy's are on e-bay, but I do know the ones I bought from this place http://www.lampsandlenses.com/ are a little over $50 ea. including the circuit boards, just plug them in and your good to go. Just another option for ya if you're still hunting for some.

Dale

I used Xerapol plastic polish on my 850 estate lights. It took about 2 minutes each side and they came up as good as new.

Xerapol is on eBayUK but is shipped worldwide.
