Default Question about evaporator 900

I've finally taken the old evaporator out..........and it originally made in 1992. Amazing

Now the question is I accidentally damage the lower housing( Commonly happen). Is there any website or place for part order?

I'm in Southern California Thanks.

lower housing of what, the HVAC under/behind the dash?

do you have the COMBU unit common in USA 940's or what? I see two lower halves, one that the fan and evaporator mounts in, and another for the heater.

the fan part is PN 6841040, while the heater part is 3522491.

your best bet is probably a junkyard. new, you're looking at like about $200 for either of those two pieces, they are parts #21 and #24 here
Heater unit With manual ac controls 940. Combu. Fits: 1992 Volvo 940 | Volvo Parts Webstore
(that website is the discounting parts operation of a real volvo dealer)

now, if you're talking about some OTHER sort of 'lower housing', well, I dunno.

I broke mine when taking it out too. I ended up using large quantities of JB-weld, which did the trick.

Great question! I just sealed it up with aluminum duct tape and stuffed some foam back in. It was pretty much impossible to get it back in.

Me neither. I got some fiberglass insulation plus aluminum duct tape.

Now the most difficult part is the lower housing still, what a stubborn to get back
