Removing Speakers PLEASE HELP
I'm trying to remove my Volvo 940 speakers, however I don't know how, or rather, what tools I should use to remove the screws keeping the speaker attached to the door. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pics are below:

Those are rivets, they will need to be drilled out or possibly cut out.

when I did mine, I removed the whole door panel, speaker and all, THEN drilled out the rivets.
note the screw holes will NOT line up with any after market speakers. I highly reocmmend the adapters from these guys PVC Speaker Adapters - CNC Machined - In Stock or Custom Made
I followed their advise, and used a thin layer of RTV (silicone aquarium sealant) on the adapter, and on the speaker flange, this seals air leaks, which greatly improves bass response. note the adapter goes on the INSIDE of the door panel, the speaker on the outside.
