Default Replacing rack-and-pinion on a '90 240

I need to replace the rack and pinion on my 240, but I'm not sure which of these two options my car needs:

ACDELCO 36R0597 {#19320695} ZF Design
More Information for ACDELCO 36R0597

ACDELCO 36R0588 {#19320686} CAM Design
More Information for ACDELCO 36R0588

Does anyone know the difference between the ZF and CAM design, and how to tell which I have?

Thanks.

as far as I know, if you're replacing the whole assembly, then it doesn't matter. Volvo used both. the parts INSIDE the rack aren't interchangable, they use different inner tie rods, for instance.

you sure you need to replace the whole rack, and don't just need new inner tie rod things ?
