something new just happened. I turned on the car looked at the hoses on top of the motor, everything looked fine nothing looked loose. But when I was in the car I reved up the car in park and went up to 2k then when it went down to around 1500 it started to bogg like it wanted to turn it self off. So I took my foot off the gas and it went back to 1k and it was fine. But before it never bogged when I reved up in park.

Have you tried that with the MAF sensor unplugged?

I did unplugg the MAF then I restarted the car and it just died out. Haven't cleaned the throttle body. Do you know if my system is 2.4?

well I saw my mechanic again, and he replaced my coil. Now it did help for one day but the same problem is back. But I did need a coil cause that stop the car from shaking in the mornings. Now I noticed a new thing, when I have the surging problem, when I turn the car off then on, I do not hear the chassic fuel pump whine. But the car does start. Could it be the fuel pump relay?

I doubt it. Something might be wrong with the pump itself.

But because it is new doesn't mean it is all good.
New parts go bad to.

maybe you are right. because when I had the new chassis pump installed it was a generic part not a named brand. And right when he started the car, the cel was on. But before that it was never on even when the old original chassis pump was dead. The old part was a bosch part made in spain. Maybe I should go back to the mechanic and ask him if he can test the new part, and if its no good I will buy a rebuilt bosch part.

Do you hear it run?
You can unplug the intank pump and see if you have fuel pressure.

I do hear them prime when I turn on the car. I forgot to add when the mechanic changed the coil a new code came up. It was 1-1-2 and not 1-1-3. Funny thing was last thursday the code was 1-1-3, I wake up went to the shop checkd the code for the mechanic to see 1-1-3 was gone and its 1-1-2.

The control module is the engine computer.
