Well, as long as you don't feel it in neutral, I think you'll be OK.

Not sure if you have IRS would have to look at it.
But you have rear rotors anyway. When they are warped the shifter will bounce when braking.

The steering wheel is either a tire out of balance or out of round.

Just because new doesn't mean it is all good. Also if you hit a Pothole it could have knocked a weight off.

Out of round means there is a lump in the tire and it is bouncing when driving.

Look under the Back of the car. See if it is one solid metal piece where the tires go to.

IRS would have an Axle that can be seen on each side. It will look like a front wheel drive Axle.

Most likely you have a solid Axle.

The IRS is mostly in the 940 SE and the 960's

But like i said, the tires cant have a lump because they are brand new, and as soon as they put the tires on, i felt the same thing :S

If it was there before the new tires then maybe a bad bushing.

But remember new doesn't always mean it is good!!!

I have had Many Many brand new part that were bad.

Yeah, ill just leave that alone, because when im going at 60MPH, the shaking stops so its ok =], and what would happen if i dont change the rear rotors? also, the left rotor was making an awful noise like 2 years ago, and we fixed that by doing something to the rotor

Is a 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T ok for 11k?

If you don't replace them it will just be annoying. NO danger at all.
