Default Size of trans cooler lines on a AW-70.

Good evening folks!
I have a 1991 Volvo 240 with a AW -70 4-speed trans. I need to replace my transmission cooler lines and I want to bend them myself. Does anyone know the line size and what angle the flares are for the lines?

Thanks in advance!

Just did mine this past weekend. I used 5/16 steel brake line from Napa. It uses a simple flare fitting on each end. You can purchase the flare nuts at Ace Hardware

I'd suggest using cuprnickel brake lines in the same size. MUCH easier to bend, much easier to flare (with a flare tool), and corrosion proof. the original lines are probably 8mm, but thats so close to 5/16" as what doesn't matter.
