Default solid crank pulley

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VOLVO-740-AND-760-LIGHTWEIGHT-RACE-CRANK-PULLEY_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ38656QQihZ016QQi temZ260187026538QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

ok first I dont have a turbo but i figure its the same pulley. right?
but I do have that common problem of the crank pulley coming apart .
Im looking at this not really as a proformance thing but as it will never seperate again.

question is would I notice the crank not having the rubber dampening? would it shake at idle or something?
