Well I just got a autometer gauge like this one, and it fits in the stock location.

Its only boosting to about 2 1/2 psi[]

How much is a stock intercooled turbo 240 supposed to make?

are any of these rust issues really anything to be worried about? I have a appointment monday at a bosch specialist that we take all of our cars to. Maybe he can diagnoise the 2.2psi, and the 10mpg[:@]

I can't help you with the turbo problem, because I just have the standard 245. I had the same glovebox problem though. First diagnose the problem. If you are able to (from a closed box) pull it open without turning the **** to open it, then you have a crack on the mechanism that holds in closed. open the box and look at what holds it closed. It looks like a little black circle and its most likely cracked. I just put a dab of crazy glue in there, and the glovebox holds tight again.

No she is rexygirl!!!

If the glove box isn't cracked what you might be able to od is heat the plastic up and pull it down a little. After time it warps then kind of shrinks. I have done that a few times and had good luck with it. Better than buying a new glovebox insert.

As for the rust when the floor starts sagging then I would worry. Try to get something done about the floor pan now before it gets much worse.
