Default SRS light on. (89 740T)

So, the SRS light in the dash has been lit since I took the air bag out for a few weeks. We pulled the bulb out to get it to pass inspection after that. Now I put all the bulbs back in the dash and I'd like to turn it off the normal way, if it is what I think.

He's what I think. When I drove it without the air bag, it detected a fault and now has it stored and lights up the light. I think all I'd need to do is reset it. There is a 'test point' in the fuse box that I may just need to ground to get it to clear, maybe that's bad. I have all the other literature on the car but the SRS manual. Anyone know how the 'test point' is used and how I can reset the system?

Okay, I got it. In my fusebox it's on fuse slot #24 rather than #5, but it worked. I pulled the code. It was 5 flashes, so airbag fault with high resistance. This would make sense since I took the bag out and the resistance was infinity. Then I reset it and it went away. I'll find out for real when I drive it next.

I typed it up in a text file that's attached.
