Swapping a 940 engine with a 240 engine

Is this even possible or is it an easy task to change out an old tired 940 motor with a vibrant 240 motor?

By the way, I am not from Albania, I am from South Carolina.

They are probably the same motor. Everything should bolt up.

It won't be easy....

'cos engines are heavy...

Use an engine hoist or cherry picker. Or since engine will be out replace the head gasket and install the red block first then the cyl head. Post pics while doing it
