switching out for a new suspension

Default switching out for a new suspension

i am thinking of redueing my suspension for a stiffer ride. i want to know what all i need to get besides new struts?.......any thing recommended when doing this?

Urethane bushings if you can find them.
Maybe even lowering springs.

the bushings.......

i know ipd sells the springs but i heard that B&G's are stiffer than ipds....

Have heard alot of people like IPD Haven't heard much about B&G.
