I have a 92 740 turbo. It is really starting to leak oil and the Turbo stopped working a month ago. I took the top little thing off the turbo that has a spring loaded gasget which supplies oil, i think. It took 3 screws to detach. anyway, the gasget which has the spring on it has holes in it. What is this part name? and if i fix it will the oil leak stop even if the turbo isn't working? 220k. the car used to rock, now it's a dog. Is the turbo hard to replace? Could i find a used one and how much? Thanks for your time with my annoyance.
