Default Leaking oil from oil cooler line (inlet)

Ok, this is getting out of hand. I have a 94 850 turbo, the connection between the oil cooler line and the radiator is apparently not tight enough. I replaced the o-rings and the clip, plus fastened it down with a metal clamp, but it is still leaking. Is this a common problem? It seems like a poor design

No, not common. Look real close for cracks on the cooler. Usually the line leaks at the hose to tubing connection requiring a new line.
