Done a few earlier cars so i am no novice but need info on a few things?

Car is a 1989 240 , with later type injection.

*Can the earlier manual flywheels be used , same number of crank bolts bolts?
flywheel from jetronic will have same TDC magnet points?

*Later steering fire wall plate does not have captive nuts for clutch cylinder?
*How long does it take to fit an earlier type plate , remove steering etc??


Any thing else or is there an article on the conversion of the later cars/
