Where can I get?
Copper-Washers.
I've been replacing the rack for like 2 months on my 88 245. The weather hasn't cooperated much. I bought it off of rockauto. Those boo-boo heads did not send me new banjo fitting copper-washers. And, naturally I've lost half of em (one from each fitting). So, I go down to Napa and buy some copper washers. The guy matches my old ones out of a book and sends me on my way. Today I try to put them on and they are a skosh to small to go on the "bolt" that holds the banjo fitting on. So, I go back to Napa, and the small ones that they gave me, aren't quite right. and they don't have the large one...what the heck.
I head for a hydraulic shop...5:30 and they are closed.
I head for the last place that I think will have them....Oreilly AP. Guess what, in a 3-pack they have em. On the package, they are 12mm and 14mm, nothing cosmic there. the OD is a little large, but I think that they will work. The ID is good.
Has anybody had issues re-using hydraulic line copper-washers? I don't want to try it.

You could also try annealing the old washers by heating them with a propane torch until they are dull red and then let cool. That will re-soften the copper and allow it to be crushed again when you reinstall the banjo. I have also re-used copper washers in this way.
