Where to find upper heater core hose??

Hey everyone,
I've recently bought my first Volvo, an '89 245 DL, and it's developed a leak in the upper coolant hose that runs from the engine block to the firewall (towards the heater core). I looked around online and found a number of retailers offering an "upper hose", but a lot of them look like the wrong shape entirely. I have also seen a hose that looks like the right shape, and when I saw that AutoZone carries it I went out and bought one, but it turns out to be the upper hose from the radiator to the engine and is about twice the diameter of what I would need. It looks like this:
Dayco/Hose (Upper) (D70897) | 1989 Volvo 245DL 4 Cylinders 8 2.3L FI | AutoZone.com
It's the right shape (sort of a 'V' with bent ends, or a 'W' with an enlarged middle), just too large.
Does anyone know who stocks the proper hose, or maybe even just the inside and outside diameter of this hose?

O.E. Volvo heater hoses are the way to go. Volvo still stocks them. Buy both as if one has failed it's just as simple to do both and be done with it. O.E. lasts 20-30 years. The aftermarket hoses are not near the same quality...but you can buy them at Heater Hoses
