So I'm a real sucker for the 240 tail lights with the clear "Euro" indicators (even though in Europe indicators must be orange as far as I know).



However, my issue is that they are about $150 US dollars a pair, which is quite a lot of money. So, I pose two questions:

1. Can a cheaper set be found? Hopefully for $60-$70 bucks?
2. Can I make my own? Can I take the lenses out and go to a workshop and get them to make some clear ones? What kind of shop would do this? What is the process for making my own? etc.

In the end you will find that the $150 is a bargain! Shops making custom lenses are not cheap.

You can always look for used ones on a Euro country E bay...
