Default Whining sound?

Whenever i back up with my car, i hear a chirping sound, like metal rubbing against metal...., But the sound comes and goes,,,,I can hear it for like less than a second and then it goes, and then comes back. But this happens just in reverse

I dont know, it comes from the back of the car, its like the sound the brakes make when they need to be changed, and you press down on them and you hear a high pitch sound, sounds exactly like that, but the weird thing is that....IM NOT pressing the brakes :S

Maybe the spring for the Rear pads isn't seated all the way and scrapping on the rotor.

Might be slight Rust buid up on the outer edge of the rotor.

Only one side of the spring might be hitting.
It might hit just perfect in reverse to make the noise.
