Window wiper motor (?)
I have an 83 volvo 240DL and Im pretty sure that my wiper motor took a poop. I hooked a multimeter up to the plug to the motor and got power when I flipped through the switch. That leads me to believe that its the motor. Any suggestions on further trouble shooting or where would be a good place to pick up a working wiper motor? Thanks guys!
(update on my alternator pulley nut: turns out we saved an old alternator from a parts volvo and slapped the whole thing on mine, nut and all. Thanks again for your suggestions!)

IPD, FCP should have the motors, or any volvo dealer. a 240 is pretty easy to install, you remove the glovebox, remove the jesus clip that holds the pushrod to the arm on the motor, unbolt the old one from the engine side and remove it. use a fair bit of rubber sealant around the hole when you install the new one, hook it up, and connect the rod behind the glovebox, test, then reinstall glovebox, done!
