Default 88 760 Questions

I'm considering bidding on an 88 760 GLE, bad thing is I know NOTHING about this car. I'm ok with my current 240 but this one is a whole new beast to me. Are they generally good cars with few problems or are they a model that is better to stay away from plagued with problems? It appears to have a non-turbo V-6 in it of which I didn't even know Volvo used a V-6 in these older models. As you can see I'm very blind on this model so any advice is appreciated. Also it has 115K miles on it with no rust. It's located just north of Miami. Thanks all,

Dale

Thanks for the information. I'm still not 100% sure I'm going to bid on it although I am watching it closely. Thanks again,

Dale
