guys I'm new here need a serious amount of help I replaced my oil separator and didn't mark the vacuum lines coming out of the manifold vacuum tree, any body have a diagram? I can't locate one, and also I have a connector I can't seem to locate were it plugs in, it has 2 pins and is in the same harness as the oxygen sensor and throttle body connection I'm ready to find somebody selling one and offer to pay them to look and see I'm so confused thanks in advance

ouch, I saw that. I was able to google "Volvo 960 vacuum line diagram" and got some hits and pics for threads on other boards. Do you not have a picture diagram sticker on the firewall or near the top of the radiator? Also you may have some luck searching for a diagram for the S90s for 98-00 which share the 960s engine layout.

I have one lost line from the egr solenoid one goes to flame trap one goes to fpr any idea were this one goes?

 

Yes. It goes to the nipple I see vacant. (same place those black ones are going to.)
