Can anyone explain the difference between the early and late model AC condenser styles? My '93 960 wagon has three electrical sensors but later years have only one sensor. Other than that the two parts appear to be identical. I need to replace the condenser in my '93 (uses R134) and I have a condensor with only 1 sensor from a later model 960. Common sense tells me there is no point trying to use the newer style condenser but I would like to save a couple hundred dollars if I can avoid buying a new part.
