960 Hard Start?

Default 960 Hard Start?
My 93 960 would not start after 2 weeks of not beeing driven,I got it started after about 5 min,since then it seems like the more I drive it the better it starts,the more it sitts the longer it takes to start??

The hydrolic lifters might be bleeding down.
