Default 960 Wont Start (1996)

Seemed to be running fine and was stopped at a stop light. When light changed I accelerated but the engine cut-off immediately and would not re-start.

Cranks but wont start.

What I have done since:

- Checked spark -spark was dim
- Replace spark plugs & fuel filter (just did it since I didn't know when they were changed last)
- When key is turned on I do hear the fuel pump turn on
- Checked fuses & relay's
- Fuel Shrader valve on back of fuel rail - removed cover and pressed valve, fuel sprayed out
- White/Red connector at back of head - checked voltage with key on and only read .03 (basically nothing)

The items I've done above were done based on other posts I read here - so thanks for all the advice in the forum.

I'm thinking it could be crankshaft sensor - any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

I did pull the cover off and the timing belt looks good. Car has 160000 miles on it and the bely was replaced at 145000

The CPS is definitely a possibility. I'm not into White Blocks very much, but if this was a Red Block, like a B230, the CPS would be on top of the list.
