'98 V90 evap cont can & air intake??
Hi there~ There's not a space for V90s, so I'm hoping somebody who knows late 960s can tell me: 1. where is the "evaporative control canister" and the "ambient air intake" sensor on my car; and 2. are they hard to change out/could I do it untrained? The check engine light is on, and it used to read 3 codes, those 2 and the air mass meter. I got the last part on eBay for $40 and changed it out myself (andthat code'sgone now), instead of paying the $500+ asking price at the import shop here. They do great work, and if I had the money, I'd pay them, but I don't, and my car's tags expire the end of this month, so I need to get it through emissions and hope to upgrade parts/repairs soon. Any help wouldreally beappreciated!
The evap canister should be under the back of the car. The temp sensor I will have to check and try to find info.
How fast does the codes come back?
