The other day in Phoenix my AC started blowing hot air only. It was 115 outside.
The AC still worked fine that night.
I was driving tonight and I heard anoise similar to a door closing (clunk) There was no air coming from thevents. I turned the air off and back on again. The AC worked fine for about 10 seconds and I heard thesame noise followed by no air. I then also heard a squeaking noise.

Does anyoneknow what the problem is? How much should it cost to be fixed by a shop?

Wow, I feel dumb. I realized there was a plastic bag on the floor that was being sucked toward the intake. This was my problem - $0.00 fix - I like
