Default Anyone know what me 2 red mystery wires go to??

Im going through a 940 for the wife and came across these 2 red mystery wires that come out of the harness by the battery, not sure if the 2-1 splice is original, but I figure they musta been hooked to the hot on the battery at some point.

Anyone got any idea what they are for? everything seems like it works, but I noticed the ABS bulb was missing from the instrument cluster, so i'm guessing that they may have something to do with the ABS??

TIA scrum

Probably for some stereo upgrade a previous owner had hooked up.

you mean like factory stereo upgrade? or some seriously nice aftermarket work? the conduit they go into what looks to be the passenger front running lights and a sensor wire for something. Its a base 940 wagon but has 6 speakers (Or at least appears to).. Did they wire em all for premium sound?
