Coolant in my oil :(

car is a 92 245. Has a slow oil leak, so I check every week. This week, I saw (just barely) the tinyest little bit of coolant in the oil. I've never seen such a small bit. It is usually more obvious.
I'm trying to diagnose, and I ruled out cracked block (mostly out of optimism, not logic) and I was guessing it was a head gasket, but my compression is fine and she still starts and runs great.
My question: Do these cars have oil coolers? If they do I would think that may have ruptured and is causing the leak.
I will be performing a leak test later today, I will post with updates.

Why would you even suspect "cracked block"? That's highly unlikely--b230 hardly ever crack...
First make sure that you in fact even have coolant in the oil, may be just condensation. This time of year it's quite common.
"Tinyest bit of coolant"? What, a drop? How can you tell? Coolant will mix with the oil and create chocolaty/milky froth... It will cloud the oil as a first sign... Better look at the bottom of the oil filler cap after running the car for 10-20 min. See if there is condensation there.
Unless the thing was overheated, no reason for much worry, although these will get tired head gaskets with time alone and will usually evidence by external oil leaks.
1992 240 as a rule don't have external oil coolers...
