high idle

i have a 97 960 i just changed the speed sensor,and cleaned the idle air control .the car idles fine at first but after driving a little the rpm start racing any ideas?

Vacuum leak around the intake manifold: too much air is causing extra fuel--high idle. Listen for it, check hoses and gasket on manifold.
