INNOVA OBDII 3100 check 1996, 960
I was driving on a freeway earlier today. w/o warning, my power streeting stopped functioning (No fluid lose). Then almost all warning lights on Dashboard were on. However the car kept running fine. All gueges (speedometer, Tachameter, Temerature and fuel) seemed to work fine. Including the turn signals.
At home, I tried to check the engine with INNOVA OBDII 3100 Digital Code Reader, it would not spit any error codes on the display.
Any observations or suggestions please
thanks

In a way you are REALLY LUCKY Alot of times when the belt breaks it gets sucked into the Timing belt and breals that to causing critical damage to the engine.
Particularly when you are 75 Miles away from home. In a 95 dgree CA heat.
thanks again.
Now I am looking for a post how to install the new one.

It is pretty easy to install. It should go around the Crank then up and around the alt then around the idler then the power steering pump under the tensioner and thats it.
It might also go alittle different by the Alt. depending on the belt size.
