Ok so I am looking into buying a 1996 Volvo 960. The only problem it has is the parking lights and headlights went out. The guy said if he changes the fuses they just burn up. Any ideas? I'd hate to get stuck with a lemon, but then again I'd hate to pass up a good deal that just needs an easy fix.

 

Could be something simple like a bad light switch.

 

Check the grounding terminals inbetween the air box and inner fender well. Just went threw this.
